RASCO Broadcast Spreader – SOLID XG 1200, 1600, 2000

The SOLID XG is a compact spreader tailored for precise gritting and salt spreading in narrow spaces, such as roads and footpaths, featuring:

  • Dry aggregate hoppers ranging from 0.6 to 1.5 m3 for efficient material storage.
  • Liquid tanks available in capacities of 300, 400, and 500 ℓ for versatile spreading options.
  • An auger conveyor system that ensures efficient spreading by preventing the formation of larger material lumps.
  • Compatibility with fine salt or stone granules and the ability to mix with chloride solutions using a pre-wetting system.
  • Controlled by EPOS units, enabling precise spreading, travel-dependent application, asymmetrical pattern setting, and automated GPS spreading.
  • Various mounting options are adaptable to different drive vehicle types, enhancing flexibility and usability.

EPOS
SOLID XG spreaders can be controlled with EPOS 5, 10 and 30 control units. EPOS 5 includes fully dependent spreading, adjustment of spreading asymmetry image, and control of spreading through feedback connections. EPOS 10 enables control of all spreader functions, and EPOS 30 adds the option of wireless connectivity, GPS automatic spreading, navigation, and front and side snow plough control.
