Introducing the RAS: an efficient and simple tow-behind spreader featuring:

Dry aggregate hopper for efficient material storage.

Roller spreading mechanism that distributes material equally over the entire spreading width.

Mixing shaft to prevent the creation of a tunnel effect.

Compatibility with sand, crushed rock, and their mixtures with salt.

Mechanical control system with an integrated lever for precise dosage of spreading material.

Self-loading hopper powered by the vehicle's tipper box.

Robust construction with protective grid to prevent damage from material chunks.

Attachment via towbar and guiding chains to ensure safe operation by preventing contact between the spreader and towing truck.

The IQ-100 is a compact spreader control system for smaller vehicles, featuring a 7-inch touchscreen for easy rate selection. It includes self-diagnostics and remote troubleshooting via a mobile app. The system uses a Parker IQAN-MC41 Controller for hydraulic functions and detects vehicle speed through pulse signals or a J1939 interface, which also tracks key engine data. Spreading activity data can be accessed by AVL services through the J1939 connection.
